                                      DOUBLE TROUBLE DESIGNS LLC POLICIES & PROCEDURES


                                      Hours of Operation:
                                      Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
                                      (Closed Weekends & Holidays)

                                      In-Stock vs. Custom:
                                      In-stock Designs are sold at a reduced price and you are able to change ONLY the personal information and the colors.  The first set of proofs will be sent out within 2 - 5 business days, and are limited to 3 sets of proofs ONLY (additional sets of proofs may be purchased for $5.00 per set).  If any other changes are required ex. font, layout, etc...  or a version is desired that is a combination of more than one in-stock designs, the design then becomes a custom design and the price will be increased.  If an in-stock design is purchased and those changes are desired, Double Trouble Designs LLC will send an invoice for the difference that must be paid in full before the next set of proofs will be issued.  Custom Designs are created based on your inspiration and specifications.  Please read below for further details about Proofs, File Formats, Printing, etc....

                                      Proofs:
                                      The first set of proofs will be sent in up to 15 business days; determined by the size of the project and intricacy of the design.  Custom projects usually receive up to 3 sets of proofs (some projects may need more than three, but will be determined on a case by case basis of project size and intricacy) Digital Proofs will be approved by the customer before final files are sent or printing process begins. Due to the nature of our business no changes can be made after final proofs are approved. Upon request, 1 hard proof is also included for customer approval before printing begins (excluding magnets, stickers, labels, folded cards, postcards, door hangers, and photo save the dates). Additional hard proofs may be issued at an additional per piece charge based on the quoted price. 

                                      Turn Around Time:
                                       The first set of proofs will be sent in up to 15 business days; determined by the size of the project and intricacy of the design, after payment is made and required information is received.  Revisions will be sent in up to 5 business days for each round of revisions needed.  See Proof section for more details about number allowed...etc... Standard Printed Order turn around time, including custom design process, printing process, and shipping, can take 6 - 12 weeks.  Print or Design orders with multiple items can take longer, as Double Trouble Designs LLC works with you as you send the information needed to complete each element of your project, standard proof time applies to each item during the process unless previously agreed upon by Double Trouble Designs LLC.

                                      Rush Orders:
                                      For an item to be “rushed” - meaning; the first proofs are received in half the original quoted time frame, there will be an additional of 50% of each original design fee added to the total and shipping will be increased accordingly. Payment must be made in full before the design process begins. Rush orders are not always available, please contact
                                      doubletroubledesigns@ymail.com to see if your rush order is able to be processed at this time.

                                      Digital File Formats:
                                      The final digital files will be sent in either JPG, PDF, or PNG format; depending on the customer preference. JPG is the most universal but cannot be re-size clearly and dimensions must be given with order. PNG is a format similar to JPG that has a clear background, and dimensions must also be given with order. 
                                       PDF is a high quality format, best for re-sizing and professional printing. If multiple file forms are needed, there will be an additional charge of $10 each.
                                      Original formats such as AI and EPS are not available for sale.

                                      Printing:
                                      Printing prices DO NOT include custom design fees or shipping & handling fees.  Custom design fees ARE INCLUDED with purchase of 4 or more printed items Designs will go through the proofing process before going to print.  Custom paper sizes and larger quantities available, and are priced upon request.  Details will be agreed upon before design process begins. Proofs will be approved by customer before printing process begins. Upon proof approval, standard printing turn around time is 15 - 20 business days depending on project size. 

                                      Payments:
                                       Paypal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks are accepted.  No proofs will be provided until payment or deposit is received, items will not be printed until item balance is paid in full.  (Proofs/Prints will be held until personal check is cleared if that is the means of payment).  Checks/Money Orders can be made out to Double Trouble Designs.  Paypal payments can be sent to doubletroubledeigns@ymail.com. Orders over $200.00 require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit before first set of proofs will be sent.  The item balance is due before printing begins.  Orders under $200.00 must be paid in full before first set of proofs will be sent or any printing begins.  The $200 deposit will apply to the last items to be printed.

                                      Shipping:
                                       Digital files will be sent via email.  Any shipping charges for printed items will be quoted per package shipped. We will send all packages via US Mail, UPS, or FEDex, based on best price and time sensitivity.  Double Trouble Designs is not responsible for packages arriving past estimated delivery times or getting returned to us.  If the address provided by the customer is wrong or the package gets forwarded by the postal service to another address, Double Trouble Designs is also not responsible for the order arriving late or getting returned.  Upon the package being returned to Double Trouble Designs the customer can re-pay shipping charges to have it re-sent.  If the package has been forwarded, lost, etc... the customer can choose to place a re-order at a discounted rate which will be decided at that time based on time sensitivity and availability.
                                      PLEASE NOTE: Rush orders will increase shipping charges considerably.

                                      Refunds:
                                      Due to the nature of our work, Double Trouble Designs LLC does not provide refunds. Invoices will be agreed upon before the process beings and carried out until all items quoted are created to agreed upon terms laid out in these policies and procedures and written on the invoice.  Items will be created to your specifications and proofs will be reviewed and approved by the customer before any printing begins.  If a customer chooses to go in another direction and only a deposit has been paid,  Double Trouble Designs LLC is released from finishing the contracted items, and customer is not held responsible to pay the final balance.  The $200 non-refundable deposit will not be returned.  If the payment has been made in full, the items will be finished as agreed upon, and the payment will not be refunded. If an item is received physically damaged, please notify us within 3 business days and mail the damaged pieces back for an equal exchange, standard turn around time will apply. 

                                      Privacy Policy:
                                      Any information submitted to Double Trouble Designs LLC will not be shared with any third parties.  Any contact information will not be shown (address, phone number, or email) without your consent.  Other personal information such as last name, general directions to locations, ceremony site,  and time can be posted unless you specify otherwise.  We reserve the right to display images of our work.

                                      Copyright Policy:
                                      All content of this website (including designs, images, and graphics) are property of Double Trouble Designs LLC.  Written permissions must be obtained by Double Trouble Designs LLC before using any portion of this website.  Designs are purchased to be used as a “final design,”  individual graphics taken from the “final design” or any portion of the design/proof process are NOT to be used with out written permission from Double Trouble Designs LLC.  If you would like to display any designs, graphics, or images on any website, Double Trouble Designs LLC must be given credit, and a link must be provided back to

                                      Payment of deposit or payment of items in full will be used as
                                      your agreement that you have read and understand
                                      the Policies and Procedures above.
